Barr Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed, confident decisions about their insurance. We believe insurance works best when it's clearly explained, thoughtfully designed, and focused on protecting against meaningful risks-not just meeting minimum requirements.
As an independent agency, we represent multiple well‑known and financially stable insurance carriers, allowing us to compare coverage options and tailor solutions based on each client's unique needs. Our lines of business include auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, umbrella, flood, life insurance, jewelry insurance, and a variety of commercial and business insurance solutions.
We work with a broad network of respected carriers, including Travelers, Progressive, Mercury, Geico, Safeco/Liberty Mutual, National General/Allstate, Foremost/Farmers, and Orion180, among others. This flexibility allows us to focus on finding appropriate coverage-not pushing a single company's product.
Our role goes beyond quoting policies. We take a consultative approach by educating clients on coverage options, identifying potential gaps, and serving as a long‑term advisor as needs evolve. When questions arise or life changes occur, our clients know they have a knowledgeable, accessible agent advocating on their behalf.
