"I notified Rosie, the Torian Agency claims adjuster, of a claim against my home owners policy on Thursday June 17, 2021 and on Friday June 18th I received a call from Acuity Insurance Co. After a few questions from the Acuity company adjuster I was informed that the claim was approved and the payment would be forth coming. On Tuesday June 22 I received my claim payment and the claim was settled. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rosie, the Torian Agency and the Acuity Insurance Company! "
