Contract Bond Agency (CBA) began business in 1991 as a contract surety only agency, meaning that we concentrate on being a preferred source of contract payment, performance and related bonds. The founding partners, Fred Thetford and Tom Young, had previously accumulated over 20 years each in the banking industry. That experience proved invaluable, dovetailing well into the contract surety bond business. CBA is a specialist agency continuing to be devoted to providing expert advice and service for contract Payment and Performance Bonds to our great clients.
We take our job of supporting clients growth as an obligation. We know that the grown and prosperity of our clients is the "secret" to our growth and success.
