The Insurance Infantry is a Veteran-Owned and Operated Independent Agency. We are focused on superior customer service and being there for our clients when they need us. Our agency was started to ensure that our customers get the best coverage at the best value. Our agency founder, Will Haddix, was born and raised in Middle TN before joining the United States Marine Corps in 2003. After working on the carrier side of Insurance for 8 years, he made the decision to work directly with the customer to ensure that they are insured properly. He has always stated that "Insurance shouldn't be complicated for anyone, take the time and make sure everyone knows what they have, what they need, and why that is."
